Andrew Gear is a chartered building surveyor and qualified project manager and joined Watts in 1997. He became a Director in 2001 and now leads operations in Glasgow, taking responsibility for developing the services provided to clients. Andrew has considerable experience in all aspects of building surveying consultancy work and has been involved in a variety of projects including office developments, industrial estates, shopping centres and public buildings. In recent years Andrew has specialised in pre-acquisition due diligence work and development monitoring.
