Daniel Tapscott joined Watts in September 2005 as a chartered building surveyor. Daniel soon developed a keen interest in the field of neighbourly matters and was promoted to associate in May 2008. Daniel now heads up the neighbourly matters team in the Bristol office and regularly deals with party walls, rights to light, daylight and sunlight amenity and access arrangements.
Originally from Guernsey in the Channel Islands, Daniel became a chartered building surveyor in mid 2005 in London and thereafter relocated to Bristol to further develop his career in the commercial sector.
In addition to neighbourly matters, Daniel has extensive experience with acquisition surveys for both purchasers and vendors, defects analysis and licence for alterations work for landlords.
