Office: MANCHESTER
Mark Taylor is a chartered building surveyor who joined
Watts in January 2003. Promoted to Director in May 2009,
Mark has assisted with the development of the office over
recent years, and has been involved in providing a range
of commercial building surveying services including acquisition
surveys and advising on dilapidations matters.
Primarily, Mark's activity has been directed towards the provision of project
management services on commercial refurbishment and fit out schemes for a variety
of clients including occupiers, retailers and property companies. Currently, Mark
coordinates the project management and contract administration services within the
Manchester office.
