Paul Callan joined Watts in 2008 as a chartered quantity surveyor in the Bristol office. He had previously worked for Gleeds in their Bristol and Madrid offices and prior to that spent six years in the city office of CB Richard Ellis as part of their building consultancy department. Now part of Watts’ nationwide network of quantity surveyors, Paul undertakes a full range of pre and post contract quantity surveying duties, development monitoring and employers agent work on a variety of refurbishment and new build projects.
Paul has been involved in a variety of projects during his career in both the public and private sectors. He has gained extensive experience in cost planning, contract administration and cost control over a number of sectors of the construction industry, which have included commercial office space, education, retail and residential property developments. Paul also has experience in the role of employer’s agent and has delivered projects within occupied and multi tenanted buildings.
