Philip Chorley is an Associate specialising in contract/project management and joined Watts in March 2002. Based in the Manchester office, he is primarily responsible for managing a team of seven building surveyors in the housing section as well as project management duties to several local authority projects. He has also been involved in central government contracts, all aspects of commercial building surveying and has acted as an expert witness for several local authorities in disrepair claims. Philip also has considerable experience in the development of aviation related projects in third world countries.
Philip’s key skills include: contract management; project management of new build and refurbishment projects in the UK and overseas; planning supervisor duties; and property surveying and defects analysis. |
