Stuart became a director whilst working in the London West End
office and moved to Manchester in 2000 to set up the Cost Consultancy
department. Stuart specialises in monitoring of developments for
short-term funders and in Project Management/Employers Agent duties.
He has most recently become involved in managing multi million
pound schemes in both the student accommodation and private residential
sectors for a number of clients. He is experienced in and advises
on all aspects of the development process from early feasibility
and appraisal to post completion issues. |
