Stephen Scott joined Watts' Dublin office in Sept 2003 as Regional Manager in the Dublin office.
Previously head of Building Surveying with one of Irelands largest GP firms Stephen has been based in Ireland since 1997 and has had extensive experience of the Irish property and construction sectors.
He is Account Manager for all commercial building surveying work in the Dublin office. In February 2004 he was promoted to Lead Partner.
Stephen Scott has considerable experience in project managing construction projects ranging from new build development, major refurbishment and office fit outs.
Stephen's experience covers all areas of building surveying but his primary areas of expertise are in project management and refurbishment projects.
Stephen is actively involved with the Society of Chartered Surveyors and is an APC assessor for the SCS Building Surveying Division. He has also been an external examiner on the Building Surveying Diploma Course at Dundalk RTC.
