Tom Kibblewhite is a chartered building surveyor and joined Watts in 2003. Based in the Manchester
office he is a member of the commercial building surveying team and has broad experience across a
wide range of projects and industry sectors.
Tom's particular areas of specialisation include:
- party wall and other neighbourly matters;
- commercial building surveys including dilapidation surveys;
- preparation of pre-contract advice on construction, contracts and cost aspects of building works;
- design, detailing and specification of building works; and
- contract administration, repair, refurbishment and extension.
