Watts was appointed to carry out a purchaser’s survey on Gewerbepark as part of the Slough
property portfolio. The concrete framed property comprises three separate buildings, all
sub-divided to form individual units. The units are mixed-use, being a combination of storage,
workshop and office accommodation. Watts coordinated the inspection with the assistance of
local mechanical and electrical services consultants. A due diligence survey was completed,
and reports presented in English.
Watts’ brief was to carry out a due diligence survey and report on the condition of the
properties, together with a detailed assessment of its general features, form of construction
and state of repair. Watts was also required to prepare budget costings for the repair and
maintenance works as well as a fire insurance valuation.
